Return Policy

We want you to love your JChoose Active experience! If something isn't quite right, no worries! 

you can return your items within 15 days. 

Please see below for exceptions and specific conditions:

• Items must be returned with all original tags attached.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any damages or stains.

• Socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Discounted or Sale items are NOT eligible for return

 

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to J Choose Active unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with original tags and packaging intact. We carefully inspect all returned items.. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to provide a refund. Maintaining items in their original condition ensures a smooth return process and helps us uphold quality standards for all our customers. 

However, it's important to note that customers are responsible for the shipping fees when returning items to us.

 

Refunds: Only for first time customers (in addition to exchange/store credit). Refunds issued to the original payment method. We offer store credit or exchange if this is NOT your first purchase. 

 

Store Credit: Customers may select either store credit or exchanges for their returns. For items that were previously received as an exchange, only store credit is available. Store credit remains valid for 2 years from the date of issue, allowing customers sufficient time for future purchases. It should be noted that store credit cannot be transferred to cash or refunded.
